Design features:
* Cardboard transmission adopts vacuum adsorb equipment, with wind control. Keep flute profiles stable when roller work fast.
* Ventilator keep the corrugated paper in 180° Negative pressure zone of corrugated roller, with vacuum tank, to complete the corrugation.
* Air draft groove of Lower Corrugated Roller is less than 2mm, made no stripe mark on single corrugated cardboard.
* Gimbal transmission with unattached drive box, more stable transmission, reassuring feeding and higher self- maintenance.
* Reducer casing adopts Oil Bath Lubrication and Shut form Gear Transmission, make light mechanical vibration.
* Auto-cyc supply glue, pneumatic control of glue supplying and returning, with buffering effect.
* Glue Roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
* Upper and lower corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatmnt. Its rigidity is HRC58-62° , the surface are whetted and plated chrome.
